Description
A pocket travelling corkscrew, probably George III, with ribbed tapering handle and a slightly lobed and tapering sheaf. No visible hallmarks, circa 1800. Length measuring 3 inches (7.6 cm).
Condition
Displaying surface wear, marks and scratches and some tarnishing. Rubbing and loss of definition to areas of the ribbed decoration. Damage to the protruding finial on the top of the handle. Numerous surface nicks and minor dints to the sheaf. No visible hallmarks.
