MICHEL BAYNE EDGEFIELD STYLE FACE JUG SC
Item Details
Description
After Michel moved his pottery operation from SC to Lincolnton, NC circa 2012 (please see Lot #22), he really brought a new chapter to the Catawba Valley. But he also created true masterpieces in SC. This is a modest face jug by Michel, but still stunning. Michel is an amazing artist and this is wood-fired. The NC kiln's bricks have since been gifted to Mike Ball in Buncombe Co. Signed on back Bayne Maker (in the tradition of certain potters that would mark their wares w/ their last names only) and SC. Stands 6.5" tall.
Condition
Excellent condition. All pottery is inspected and we do our best to note any issues. Please call the gallery for full condition report, see all photos. All sales are final.
